About Us:

     My name is Christa, and as the owner of All About Writing, I bring to the table an eclectic background of experiences: 

• B.A., English major/ writing minor
• Master of Arts in Teaching 
• 2 years as a teacher
• 3 years as a writing tutor 
• 3 years as lawyer's adminstrative assistant
• 4 years as a licensed insurance underwriter
• 11 years as a part-time, small business manager

 A Dream Come True!

     Owning a business has been a life-long dream of mine!  Although I truly enjoyed each of my careers, I longed for the freedom and challenge of starting my own business.  What better way to live out my dream than doing what I do best while getting to work with great people and help them along their roads to success!

 How All About Writing Started:

     Although my list of job experiences seems diverse indeed, two common threads run throughout: writing and working with people. 

     As a unit, my almost twenty years of education and employment have allowed me to perfect my writing, editing, and communication skills in a variety of professional, business, personal, and academic situations. 

     I have learned through personal experience, the best teacher, what it takes to use the written word to gain success.
